Conference 2008 Schedule of Fees

REGISTRATION FEES:

(All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars, Goods and Services Tax of 5% will be added to all prices for Canadian residents.)

Individual registrations include membership in the CADTC for two years.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration fees are refundable with written notice of cancellation received by Friday, October 17, 2008. No refunds will be given for notices received after October 17th but delegate substitutions are permitted. All cancelled registrations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee.

REPLACEMENTS / SUBSTITUTIONS:

Registration may be transferred to another individual if a written request is received from the registered delegate. Submit requests by e-mail (hick@bellnet.ca) or fax (613) 599-1295 to Cindy Hick.
