Simultaneous Translation Services

Simultaneous interpretation in English and French will be available.

Receiver devices (headsets) will be available to delegates at no charge. It is necessary to leave one item of photo identification, such as a driver's license, to obtain a headset. Your identification will be returned to you when the headset is surrendered.

Your secure online registration payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

We are pleased to offer online registration and credit card payment through the secure server of our conference management company HPB Association Management Services Inc. Your e-mailed transaction receipt and your credit card bill will show HPB Assoc. Management as the merchant name.
