This 2nd National CADTC Conference in Ottawa from November 16-19, 2008, will be a wonderful opportunity for drug court practitioners and those with an interest in drug treatment and other innovative courts to hear from experts from across Canada and around the world on what makes DTCs work.
The conference will be a celebration of the accomplishments and effectiveness of drug treatment courts since its establishment in Canada in 1998 and to look at innovative solutions to the complex challenges that still need to be addressed.
In addition to the plenary sessions, the conference will include a complement of workshops as well as networking opportunities to meet, mingle and get to know your professional colleagues in a relaxed setting.
